We had the best experience with Lyn from the CU building company, she provided professional services to us, she helped us to understand from the start, the house built, all the grants we were eligible for. She was happy to answer us all the questions we had, she was always quick to response, and built the house what exactly we wanted. I would highly recommend the CU building who wants to build a new house.

The entire process from initial contact with CU building to handover was very professional. All communication was dealt with promptly, in a courteous, pleasant manner. For a first time residential house investor, the journey was made relatively easy. The build itself was of a high standard to match our requests. I am really appreciate their efficient and high quality work.

We signed with CU Building Group in Oct 2020, for a 2 storey, 4 bed, 3 bath home in Canning Vale. CU Building worked through a custom design based on an architectural concept drawing which we brought to them. The project was subject to the challenges and delays which COVID presented to the building industry, and was finally completed in November 2022. We were fortunate to have a good site-supervisor, Wayne, who was accessible, aware of progress and able to provide us with updates when queried. I’m not sure if any building project goes perfectly. During the build, they were able to accommodate variations at a reasonable fee. Post hand-over, there were only a handful of issues, which the team at CU have systematically and professionally worked through to resolve. The team are committed to customer care, including their IT guy Alex, who has helped field questions and provide support during busy times. We have been happy with the quality of our home, satisfied with our overall experience with CU Building Group and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

We signed our building contract, with CU Building Group, around the end of December 2020. It was a Turnkey Package for 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage property. The package was advertised by, and the land was purchased through Honsun Realty. When we struck the deal, that time, COVID restriction was in full force. So, the speed of government formalities was well affected to cause delays in starting up and continuing the building work. Later flood situation also added to these delays. Despite all these hurdles, CU Building Group successfully handed over, in October 2022, to us a well completed property. Considering other building projects, that have been happening around us that we are aware of, our project was completed in a satisfactorily good span of time. Throughout this, I would say, extremely difficult situation, CU Building Group carried out this project with impressive professionalism from continuing with construction work to updating us about the progresses whenever we requested for updates. It is not unheard of (as it was on the news and from talking with my friends about their building projects) that during these difficult times many builders either shut down their projects midway, and disappeared altogether, or they passed their sudden financial burden to their clients by charging them extra. Well, in our case, CU Building Group adopted neither of those two ways. This is amazingly impressive and impressively amazing! Anything that was charged extra was when we changed something from our side, and we were charged as appropriate according to the signed contract. CU Building Group well survived the COVID-19 and the floods. It seems they are adamant to make their mark in the construction market. Having said all these I can confidently conclude that when it comes to construction business, CU Building Group means business. As usual with any construction work our building project, as well, wan not without any hiccups. But, compared to

I purchased a property built by CU earlier last year. The company honoured their warranty period and went beyond what was requested of them. When dealing with Sam Ceng, he was professional, humble and extremely knowledgeable as were his employees. I cannot speak this companies praises enough. It was also refreshing to work with tradesmen who came early and cleaned up after a job. Very different to what I have previously been used to. By far the best building company in the West!
